2) What the App does

The App lets you stream live radio (104.9 FM), listen to podcasts & interviews, view RJ information and weekly schedules, and browse local partner deals. No account or login is required.

3) Data we collect

We do not collect personal data from you.

• No account and no request for name, email, phone, age/DOB.
• No user-generated content.
• No collection of location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or files.
• No advertising SDKs and no marketing tracking.

Platform analytics

We may see aggregated, de-identified analytics provided by Apple (App Analytics) and Google Play (e.g., installs, crashes, country-level usage). These are generated by the app stores and do not identify you to us.

4) Third-party content/links

The App may display images and info for our local partners so users can contact them. This is not targeted advertising. If you follow an external link or contact a partner, their own privacy terms apply.

5) Permissions we use (purpose-only)

• Internet / Network: stream audio and load content.
• Background audio / media playback (Android foreground media service / iOS background audio): continue playback while using other apps.
• Notifications (optional): service messages (e.g., programming or feature updates). We do not send marketing notifications without consent.

Bluetooth: The App does not use Bluetooth permissions; connecting to speakers via device settings does not provide us any data.

6) Children

The App contains no explicit content and is suitable for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13 (US) or under 16 (EU). We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.

7) How we use information

We use store-provided, aggregate analytics to operate, maintain, and improve performance (e.g., diagnose crashes, load times, streaming reliability).

8) Sharing & selling

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not share data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

9) International users

Users may be in India, UAE, USA, Canada, and Australia. If any data is processed by vendors (e.g., Apple/Google) it may be transferred according to their global policies and safeguards.

10) Retention

We do not maintain user profiles or personal data. Aggregate app-store analytics and crash diagnostics are retained only within Apple/Google dashboards under their default retention schedules.

11) Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and limit the App to essential functionality. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to protect data we access or display.

12) Your rights & choices

Because we do not collect personal data, requests for access/deletion typically do not apply. For device-level controls:

• Manage notifications in your OS settings.
• Manage app permissions (e.g., background audio) in system settings.
• For Apple/Google analytics, see their privacy settings and policies.
